Welcome to the FRD Blog!
This forum provides us with an opportunity to provide ongoing and new material. Along the way we will provide our commentary on religion items in the news, as well as share our various projects with you. We hope you find this section of the website helpful and thought provoking.
For the most part the leadership team at FRD will blog here. John Morehead and Randall Paul will be frequent contributors. FRD includes a group of Senior Fellows (see elsewhere on the FRD website) that might post from time to time. When FRD chapter directors desire to speak to a broader audience than folks in their own tradition, they will post here too. Indeed, we welcome anyone to contact John or Randall (see contact elsewhere on the FRD website) if they want to contribute here, perhaps in an open conversation with us. We won’t guarantee to publish you, but we welcome your submissions.

The Power of a Shared Meal
There’s something incredible that happens when people sit down together and break bread.
Friendship and Trusted Rivals
One of the big ideas of religious diplomacy is that we must move beyond suspicion and contempt regarding those we strongly disagree with in the area of values, worldviews, politics, and religion.
